Internationally acclaimed cinematographer Marc Gomez de Moral and director Camilla Mantovani have created a video for up and coming group Sirens Of Lesbos’ debut single «Long Days, Hot Nights» (Exploited). The video, a mystic lesbian love affair, features Swiss model Tamy Glauser, who came to controversial fame when she walked for the AW13 Givenchy menswear show in Paris.
Sirens Of Lesbos is an anonymous six piece collective claiming to have its Kibbutz somewhere in the Aegean Sea off Greece. SOL’s debut single «Long Days, Hot Nights» (Exploited) is a balearic ode to the spirit of summer and got picked by American men’s fashion magazine GQ as one of the best 25 songs of the summer. Beatport Chart-breaking Claptone and French House pioneer Fred Falke have provided remixes that will be released through Beatport in mid-September.
The video to «Long Days, Hot Nights» was written and directed by Camilla Mantovani and shot by Marc Gomez de Moral who has photographed music videos for the Pet Shop Boys, Two Door Cinema Club, Sonàr Festival and The Battles – he was nominated for Best Cinematography at the UK Music Video Awards 2011 for the latter.
