Fast rising groove dealer EMJIE hasn’t gone unnoticed with her blissful approach to today’s electronic soundscape, seamlessly blending classic house music with modern indie dance. Based in Belgium, EMJIE kicked off her first club residency last year at Rockerill, a non-profit space fostering access to electronic music for everyone. She also curates her own nights at Antwerp-based club Ampere where she welcomes every season notable guests like Prunk, Deer Jade, Emma B and more… In 2026, she released ‘Spirit Higher’, a standout collaboration with LP Giobbi, surpassing over 500K streams in one month, landing on major playlists with massive support from acclaimed djs and radios, including BBC Radio 1 tastemakers. She’s also been awarded Future Star at the Femmy’s x Billboard ceremony during this year’s Miami Music Week. On the global stage, she has spread her aura at iconic venues & festivals such as Loveland, Fabric, Lofi, Thuishaven, Zamna, Dour, Fuse, Bar Americas, Pukkelpop, Tomorrowland, to name a few.
Breaking beyond sonic boundaries, EMJIE has made her mark through a series of standout radio shows on Keinemusik, Diplo’s Revolution, Ibiza Sonica, Radio Rudina, and HÖR, among others. Her breakthrough B2B with superstar Diplo at Zamna Tulum in 2024 set the tone for her evolving musical journey.
Production-wise, she crafts dynamic tunes featuring retro leads, housemade vocals, powerful basslines and energetic percussions, infused by her rock and old school universe. With previous releases on Exploited Club, Get Physical, YesYesYes (Defected), and many more, she’s received strong support from Carlita, Chloé Caillet, LP Giobbi, Alex Wann, Adriatique, Damian Lazarus, Adam Ten, Sasha, Deer Jade, Musumeci to name a few. In August 2025, EMJIE unveiled her first live set at Mysteryland with a special house/indie show, performing electric guitar and vocals, marking a new addition to her artistic skills and opening a vibrant new chapter rooted in a more alternative and expressive approach.
Since 2019, EMJIE has played massive stages and shared the booth back to back with legends such as Diplo and LP Giobbi. She also joined impressive billings with noted artists like Inner City, Paul Kalkbrenner, WhoMadeWho, DJ Tennis, TSHA, Dixon, Adriatique, Roman Flügel, Hot Since 82, KI/KI, Marlon Hoffstadt and many others. Her sensitive energy allows her to bond with the crowd and always select the right tracks to curate a journey in every set she plays.
