A slinky disco groove is conjured up on ‘Glucklich’ through a wiggling, winding, none-funkier bassline, combined with shimmering percussion and sharp horn stabs. A gently euphoric chord motif unfolds, imbuing the track with a sunny disposition. ‘Music’ continues the summery disco vibe with deliciously thick slabs of electric bass pumping away lazily beneath head-nodding cowbells and gentle tribal rhythms. Staccato string lines build a sense of urgency as distant flute notes add a touch of sweet melancholy.
