::Chernobyl – Le Cheval::
EXPLOITED Records provide another multi-faceted mix of genres, eras, beats and cultures: CHERNOBYL’s new release LE CHEVAL. Furthering the “tropical”, or “gypsy” house sound that is spreading like wildfire these days, CHERNOBYL realized that the south of Brazil has some similar sounds to offer. In the state of Rio Grande do Sule (which is close to Argentinia) musicians use the Accordion like in Tango Music that reminds of Eastern European Music. “LE CHEVAL” mixes this “GAUCHO”-stuff with a Baile Funk Beatbox and a cool contemporary vibe. HOOLI-GUN-YO is a collab with BAZOOKA BOOM from Moscow who combine their ironic post-apocalyptic zombie gangster raps with CHERNOBYL´s music full of old folk russian elements.
