After touring around the world, producing spot on remixes and spectacular releases, 2013 was more than a good year for Round Table Knights. Therefore Exploited is excited to see them back on the label.
The connoisseurs between us will recognize names of race horses while reading the track names. Even though this has nothing to do with their original, musical yet cheeky jackin’ sound these tracks are both „sparkly” and true delights as their titles already indicate.
Midnight Sparks starts with a nice vibe but will surprise with its fresh and jazzy arrangement thanks to the Wurlitzer sounds that were provided by their former piano teacher. This is definitely a combination that works on the dancefloor while it can also provide you with your daily dosis of house music. Morning Delight, with piano chords that were played by the same piano teacher, is a bit more steady but perfectly harmonized with some acid influences.
This release is probably the best evidence that Round Table Knights are heading to an even more exciting future than what they’ve already experienced and accomplished.
Last Friday Pete Tong focused on “Hamburg Housecity” with help from Adana Twins, Kruse & Nuernberg, Solomun and Tensnake.

Even though Nils Penner, also known as one half of Penner + Muder, is not a new name in this business this is his first release on Exploited and guess what? It couldn’t be a better fit.
Penner, originally from Bremen, brings his unique sound which comprises a flawless and balanced mix of deep house, heavy grooves and well thought-out basslines. After releasing on labels such as Freerange and Compost Penner succeeds to amaze again.
The two tracks on this new single are each other’s perfect supplement. They both breath out the light-heartedness that is an ideal fit for the beginning of Spring. While „Bubbles” will put a smile on everyone’s faces with its feel-good rhythms, „The Thing” is an undeniable clubtrack with a nice old-school vocal that will get you and the ones around you dancing.
With this release Nils Penner is creating a warm and good-natured vibe so we suggest you just let it happen and experience it..
